It should be addressed by someone at the head of the non-profit receiving organization. It may be its President, or Treasurer or Secretary.
The association must be official and allowed to emit 501c3 receipts.
To handle the inscription until the end, bring your ID and the IBAN of the bank account to credit.
You will then be asked to provide your official 501c3 letter.
